Construction Law

Keith Canterbury worked in the commercial construction industry before practicing law. Because of his previous construction career involving construction layout, construction oversight, project management, and planning, Keith has unique insight into your construction law needs. He’s been involved in varied projects including a 40-story high rise construction, an 18-story hotel renovation, and an international airport renovation and expansion. Keith knows the construction world, and he speaks the language.

  • Deep experience — More than 25 years of legal experience and a wide range of construction industry experience.

  • Tailored to your role — tailored legal counsel for owners, developers, contractors, construction managers, and subcontractors.

  • Help throughout a construction project — assistance from initial concept, design, contracting, and hiring through to substantial and final completion.

Construction Litigation

We have litigated cases to successful verdicts for owners and contractors in bench and jury trials. We have also obtained verdicts against contractors, subcontractors, sureties, principals, and, by piercing the corporate veil, individuals.

Canterbury Law knows and understands the construction industry. When disputes arise on a construction project, we know where to look, who to depose, how to arbitrate, when to reach agreement and resolution, and when to litigate.
